Job Description

  • Basic salary up to $2,000 + AWS + AVB
  • 5-day work week: Mondays to Fridays
  • Transportation provided at various designated pick-up points

Our Client, in the logistics industry, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their expanding team in providing good customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers via emails and calls on their shipment
  • Perform data entry on inbound and outbound shipment
  • Ensure adherence to company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Safety Standards

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “N” Levels with at least a year of relevant experience in logistics field
  • Able to commit to overtime when required
