  • Oversee office administration
  • Answer phone calls, emails and manage calendars and appointments of the therapists
  • Receive client payments and keep the system updated
  • Interact with customers and help in planning marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with insurance companies


  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): Excellent command over English, knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in a customer facing role
  • Required Skill(s): Excellent communication skills, Very good at customer interaction, Organisation and problem solving, Computer Literacy
  • Singapore citizen or PR
