Job Description

JOB SCOPE

  • Provide phone and email customer service for customers
  • L1 IT Troubleshooting and helpdesk support (Printer and Photocopiers focused)
  • Provide remote desktop support to customer
  • Schedule and coordinate with technical support team to provide L2/L3 service
  • Do follow up calls / emails to our users for all outstanding tickets

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate with Customer Service or Helpdesk background preferred
  • NITEC in Information Technology or Tech Savvy
  • No experience required, and training will be provided
  • Ability to read and write english to perform the customer service support
  • Basic conversational mandarin is a bonus
  • Good attitude and a willingness to learn

Other Job Details

  • Office at Penjuru (West)
  • 5 day work week (Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm) | Additional 1 weekend day a month work package available.
  • No work pass quota available
  • Salary range: $1650 - $1900 depending on experience
