Job Description

 

  • Working Hours: Monday to Fridays;12pm to 9pm, Alternate Saturdays 12pm to 4pm.
  • Up to $2,000 basic
  • 1 Year contract

Our client, a leading american MNC in the skincare industry is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join them as a Customer Service Assistant!

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend and issue stocks to the customers at the collection counter
  • Provide assistance to customers with product exchange and enquiries
  • Assist in the daily operations at the counters
  • Stock take, receiving stocks and condition checks duties
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Possess GCE ‘O’ Level/Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
  • Any relevant experience in retail and customer service environment would be an added advantage
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
