Job Description

Responsibilities:

•            Guide customers on usage of self-service kiosks

•            Manage queues and assist customers with special requirements

•            Aid customers in filling up forms and provide assistance for consultation sessions

•            Conduct surveys on service quality

•            Any other customer service duties as required

 

Job Requirements:

•            Singaporeans ONLY

•            Min GCE O Levels or equivalent, with at least one-year experience in customer service

•            Must be able to communicate fluently in English

•            Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office

•            Customer service-oriented, meticulous and organised
