Job Description

Customer Service Agents (Mandarin Speaking)

 


We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable organisation and would require suitably qualified candidates to send in your applications to us.


 

Working Location: Central

 

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain customer’s feedback/information about client’s training programme by interviewing customers, verifying information
  • Following call centre “scripts” when interviewing customers
  • Need to liaise/support with Mandarin-speaking customers as a translator

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communications skills (business proficiency level) and customer service oriented for both external and internal customer communication
  • Proactive in capturing customers’ attention
  • Able to work independently with strong time management skills
  • Only Singaporeans need apply
