Job Description

  • Attend to inbound calls and complaints of faulty machine
  • Schedule technicians for site repair with customers
  • Follow up calls after servicing
  • Prepare daily reports to submit to Supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Min GCE N level with some customers service experiences
  • MS Offices
  • Good spoken English
  • Willing to work in a Call Centre Environment
  • Willing to work on 2 or 3 rotating shifts 
  • Willing to work on weekends and PH based on duty roster
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice will be a plus
  • Only Singaporean
