Customer Service Advisor (Vietnamese / Korean Speaker)
- Seeking for Native Viet and Korean language talents to join a well-known US Tech MNC
- Good command of written English is essential
- Preferably with some working experience in Singapore will be considered
Incumbent will be required to use social media platforms, live chat and etc to resolve external customer questions and queries. Manage live Chat requests to the customer’s satisfaction, respond to comments from the social media management system and the email database ensure to maintain service level standard is maintained. Participate in regular training to increase product knowledge. Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
The Ideal candidate should be/have:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- At least 6 months of general working experience/customer service experience in Singapore is required
- Native level of written & spoken language (either Korean or Vietnamese) including English
- Passionate in Customer Service function and familiar with Social Media Platforms
- Able to write clear, concise and accurate communication content
- Excellent written, communication & interpersonal skills
- An effective team player who is able to work independently
- Able to start work immediately or short notice would be good
