Customer Service Admin
Working location: Tampines Link
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Handle incoming calls/ faxes/ emails on customer enquiries, complaints and discrepancis.
- Doing call centre duties (receiving and calling customers)
- Take down requirements of customers regarding servicing and support
- Check records of the customers
- Scheduling of servicing for customers
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- At least GCE “O” levels or equivalent
- At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service or its equivalent
- Experience in handling suppliers/ customers and feels comfortable talking to them over the phone
- Customer Service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
