Job Description

Customer Service Admin

Working location: Tampines Link
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls/ faxes/ emails on customer enquiries, complaints and discrepancis.
  • Doing call centre duties (receiving and calling customers)
  • Take down requirements of customers regarding servicing and support
  • Check records of the customers
  • Scheduling of servicing for customers
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • At least GCE “O” levels or equivalent
  • At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service or its equivalent
  • Experience in handling suppliers/ customers and feels comfortable talking to them over the phone
  • Customer Service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
