Jobs Responsibilities:

• Attend to enquiries via Phone, Email, WhatsApp and Social Media
• Prepare and generate quotations / invoices for customers
• Prepare proposal documents for projects and tenders
• Sales follow-up duties
• Ensuring smooth purchasing process and timely deliveries
• Sales order processing and sales order fulfilment process
• Perform online marketing and handle social media accounts
• Assist to prepare materials for Email marketing
• Other ad-hoc task assigned

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum O/A/Diploma in any field or its equivalent
