Customer Relationship Executive
We are currently recruiting a newly created Customer Relationship Executive role. Reporting to our Partner Sales Manager, this role will work strategically managing our full end to end complex 3PL and other partners who may require bespoke solutions.
- Develop & execute customer and field marketing strategies to assist in both retaining and attracting new customers
- Deliver customer marketing activity to support growth within target industry sectors and key focus areas
- Produce educational & interactive content to effectively communicate to, and educate, our customers
- Plan, budget & implement both internal & external events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders especially within our Sales and Trade Centre teams
- Event management experience including the management of associated budgets
- Demonstrated experience trade marketing which has enabled both sales activations/acquisition & retention
- Strong communication skills with experience in PR highly desirable
- The ability to drive a culture of creatively, continuous improvement & innovation
- Avid interest in emerging and new trends in marketing, communications & customer behaviour
- Positive attitude with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment
- Creative thinker and problem solver
