Job Description

Main Requirement

  • Answering of incoming calls from customers (GPs/patients) of SATA while recording accurate information and service orders
  • Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner
  • Adhere to SATA’s privacy policies and procedures to ensure each customer’s privacy is protected
  • Inform/educate customers about SATA’s services available
  • Make reminder calls to health screening clients on annual check ups
  • Telemarketing for business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public


Other Responsibilities

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Call Centre Executive
     

Educational Qualification And Work Experience

  • GCE O Level with a minimum of 2 years experience in Call Centre


Knowledge, Skills And Competencies Required       

  • Able to communicate effectively     
  • Possess a service oriented disposition       
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision       
  • Proficient in MS Office     
  • Possess excellent customer service/telemarketing skills


Working Hours             

  • Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 5.00pm
  • Saturday               :8.30am to 1.00pm
