Job Description:

  • Provide excellent customer service by attending to enquiries and requests while ensuring customers' needs are addressed.
  • Assist walk in customers with their requests at the front desk reception.
  • Handle phone calls and email enquires at the back end office.
  • Ensure that all complaint cases are monitored and resolved.
  • Able to handle emergency situations/complains appropriately should the situation arises.

Job Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'N' Levels
  • Candidates with front office customer service experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientated attitude.
  • Only Singaporeans need apply.

Working Hours: 5 days work week (3 weekdays + 2 weekends arrangement) 

Working Location: Central

Salary: $2,500 - $3,500
