Customer Relations Executive (Education Industry) $2,500 - $3,500
- Provide excellent customer service by attending to enquiries and requests while ensuring customers' needs are addressed.
- Assist walk in customers with their requests at the front desk reception.
- Handle phone calls and email enquires at the back end office.
- Ensure that all complaint cases are monitored and resolved.
- Able to handle emergency situations/complains appropriately should the situation arises.
- Min GCE 'N' Levels
- Candidates with front office customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientated attitude.
- Only Singaporeans need apply.
Working Hours: 5 days work week (3 weekdays + 2 weekends arrangement)
Working Location: Central
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500
