Customer Quality Executive (6 months/ $3,500)

Our client, a European distributor of cosmetics and fragrances is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join them as a Customer Quality Executive (6 months contract).
- Handle customer's feedback on product quality issue for APAC, and quality request from Central
- Liaise with Central to provide the root cause & corrective action, in order to provide good feedback to the complaint originator, within the stipulated respond time frame
- Co-ordinate sorting with internal & external counterpart. Eg; warehouse team/ labeling team/ Assembly team/ SSC team.
- Ability to consolidate data to provide a good overview of the sorting/reworking status timely & accurately
- Compile the Monthly Quality Rejection Reports for defects eliminated during the customization in SDC Tabulation of monthly scorecards & dashboards for 5 brands
- Co-ordinate activities such as rework, unit sorting pertaining to quality issues and prepare/ issue general work instruction (rework/ unit sorting) to the relevant team.
- Participate in meetings with Central of various brand, to follow-up on outstanding issues
- Deal with certain quality projects assigned by the respective reporting manager
- Training provided
- Diploma/Degree in Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Quality Engineering or equivalent
- Prior experience in quality management is advantageous
