Job Description

Key job elements for Customer Interface Officer:

  • Attend to services required at Counter
  • Assess Customers’ issues at Counter and recommend solutions for diagnosis/repair
  • Carry out basic visual checks on electronic devices
  • Record transactions in OEM and in-house system according to SOP
  • Generate invoice and ensure payment collection
  • Work with Technicians to meet with KPIs

 

Pre-Requisites for Customer Interface Officer:

  • Minimum GCE N Level
  • Familiar with Android settings
  • Computer literate
  • Neat and tidy appearance
  • Enjoys customer service
  • Good communication skills, preferably with English and Mandarin proficiency
  • Able to work retail hours and public holidays
