Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver consistent high quality and reliable communications and customer service leading to an excellent customer experience 
  • Process orders and requests 
  • Attend to all online inquiries, feedback and complaints, and all related matters 
  • Be the first to contact point for complaints and refunds handling process 
  • Making outbound calls to resolve customer complaints, and other outstanding issues 
  • Service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Participate in programs to improve customer service level and efficiency 
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and our logistics partners to ensure excellent customer service 
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Department 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O Level required 
  • Has at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or relevant field 
  • Comfortable with working on Saturdays 
  • Competent in navigating computer applications 
  • Customer oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful and professional manner 
  • Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment 

Working Schedule: 

  • 6 days work week (Mon - Sat) 
  • 9AM - 6PM
