Customer Experience Analyst
Our Customer Experience Analyst assist to answer customer queries, solve problems , and tabulate the feedback reports. Our goal is to ensure that customers have a great product experience with us. You'll also help to improve the company’s sales procedures and product effectiveness by identifying improvement opportunities from feedback received during your interactions with the customers.
