Customer Engagement Specialist
Our client is a fast-growing, established cloud communication company that has helped their clients become more efficient and profitable. With offices in multiple countries, they are expanding within APAC and are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to drive success.
In this role, you will be working closely with the team to review and develop customer journey. You will be responsible for analysing gathered data and measure customer satisfaction and engagement on the platform, highlighting gaps and areas for improvement. You will be designing and executing new initiatives that will draw them back to the platform and build loyalty. You will be working with internal teams to provide feedback and analysis that will drive optimisation, conversion and retention.
You have a related degree and at least 2 years of experience in Marketing and developing exciting customer journey, ideally within a startup. You have strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles. You are analytical and have a customer-centric mindset, driven by customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to facilitate conversations with just about anyone. You have strong project management skills and are able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
