Our client is an emerging Ecommerce platform specialising in home decorations. As they expand, they are looking for a talented individual to support their growth!
You will lead the customer engagement team to deliver business growth goals and build high-quality customer management processes. You will ensure that the team is forward-thinking and is able to anticipate customers need. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to see through implementation of strategies and product innovation that will drive business success. You will ensure that customer engagement strategies are in line with best practices. You will be responsible for reviewing performance against metrics and generating reports on KPIs. You will play an important role in building a tight-knit community within the organisation where people are willing connect to share their ideas and processes with a common goal to improve the business. You will guide and mentor your team and participate in knowledge sharing.
- You have a Degree and at least 3 years experience in a Customer Engagement or similar role.
- Experience within Multi-country Sales, would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have strong influencing skills and are able to handle both internal and external stakeholders.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
