Customer Care Officer (Repair/5days/ West/ Offer UP S$3k)
A Swiss MNC base in SIngapore, you will be part of the team managing our front desk operations in the service centre. This position call for a Customer Service Oriented Professional to be responsible for ensuring the workflow is operating smoothly and all systems/ guidelines are being complied with.
Job functions including but not limited to:
• Ensure that visitors to our service centre are properly welcomed and taken care of, their queries correctly identified and their needs appropriately addressed
• Provide first level technical support
• Process and follow up on customer’s spare part orders
• Process and follow up on service orders
• Notify customers if eventual delays, if any and when watch/ order is ready for collection
• Assist in daily maintenance of filing and general administration tasks
• Possess minimum GCE O Level qualification
• Computer proficiency (MS Words & Excel) is necessary
• Knowledge of SAP an advantage
• Experience in watch trade is ideal
• Abel to prioritize and meticulous in the work
• Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
5 days work week
8.30am to 6pm
Working location: West
Salary offer max S$3000 and depending on relevant experience
