Our client is looking to hire cheerful and committed customer service specialists to join their vibrant team!
- Implement Home Loans retention strategy by engaging customers over the phone and emails with attractive retention packages.
- Ability to convince customers to take up our retention packages and retain their loan with us
- Ensure prompt follow up and fast turnaround for all service requests received pertaining to repricing and restructure of credit facilities.
- Process the repricing/ restructuring application from end to end
- Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Face-to-face meeting with customers to walk through terms in Letters of Offer when needed
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Singaporean/Singapore PR
- Local diploma and above
- 21 years old and above
- Customer oriented, strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication and sharp analytical skills
- Responsible, driven, confident, self- motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
