Customer Care Officer — $1,700 - $2,000 + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer enquiries, schemes and campaign related enquires
- Provide good customer service to customers within the first call
- Identify trending issues and types of feedbacks for areas of improvement
- Handle and manage escaltion issues effectively
- Handling of Mandarin speaking and local dialect clients
Job Requirements:
- Possess good spoken and written communication skills
- Proactive, good organizational skills and time management
- Supervisory positions are available too
Job Details
- Salary: $1,700 — $2,000 + KPI Incentive ($50 - $250 per month depending on your performance)
- Location: Macpherson
- Working schedule: 5.5 work week, including weekends & PH
- Working time: 09:00 AM — 06:00 PM
