Our client is the global leader in high-performance private wireless networking systems. They provide cutting-edge mesh networks for robotics, drones, and the Industrial Internet of Things.

 

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9-6:30pm

 

Job Description:

  • Customer Service
  • Invoicing
  • Purchase Order creation
  • Recording of payments
  • Prepare sales order report
  • Monitor customers’ overdue accounts
  • Answer telephone calls and reply on emails
  • Monitoring and replenishment of pantry and office supplies
  • Handling & replenishment of petty cash fund
  • In-charge of the recruitment process of new employees
  • Prepare monthly salary payment advice, and CPF submission
  • Update employees leave cards

 

Requirements:

  • Singaporean only
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Min 5 years relevant work experience
  • Must be good in English grammar, verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge on MS Excel application is a must
  • Preferably with QB (Quick Book) knowledge
