Job Description

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 11am-7pm, Sat 11am-5pm

 

Job Description:

  • Deliver consistent high quality and reliable communications and customer service leading to an excellent customer experience
  • Attend to inquiries, feedback and complaints, and all related matters
  • Be the first contact point for complaints and refunds handling process.
  • Making outbound calls to resolve customer complaints, schedule deliveries, and other outstanding issues
  • Service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in programs to improve customer service level and efficiency
  • Process orders and requests

 

Requirements:

  • Singaporean or permanent residence only
  • Min GCE ‘N’ level
  • Need to have Customer Service experience in branded electronics products or in Authorised Service Centre
  • Working knowledge in systems such as Filemaker is an advantage
  • Proficient in excel
  • Able to work Mon-Sat
