Job Description

Our client is one of the private investment companies in Singapore. Currently they are looking for a Customer Support Officer / Team Lead (Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency/ Fintech) to assist the daily operation of company.

 

Details as below:

  • Industry: Crypto / Blockchain
  • Working Hours: 5 days per week in rotating shift (including weekend)
  • Location: Central

 

Job Duties:

  • Serving user accounts via live chat or other platforms to resolve user issues
  • Provide 7/24 hours support to online enquiries and feedback to customer
  • Mentoring Junior and guiding them with the work flow and issues faced
  • Any ad-hoc tasks arranged by management

Requirements:

  • Have relevant of working experience in Crypto / Fintech / Blockchain Industries
  • Willing to work in rotating shift including weekend
  • Able to start work immediately will be a plus
