Our client is a reputable apparel brand that has established market dominance across multiple countries.
You will be responsible for :
- Liaising with Marketing team to plan & execute CRM campaigns
- Analysing client database and generating insights to drive sales and business development
- Implementing targeted campaigns to drive customer loyalty and reporting on campaigns' effectiveness
- Assessing market trends and competitors' activities
- Monitoring performance of CRM initiatives as well as providing monthly CRM reporting
- Being subject expert and providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.
- Seeking new ways to enhance customer experience
You have a degree in a related field and at least 7 years experience within a CRM/Database Management role. You have a strong analytical and problem solving mindset. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to build strong relationships with customers quickly. You are driven by customer satisfaction and are always looking for ways to improve that. You are able to think on your feet, and adapt to any scenario ahead of you.
