• Manage assigned cases which includes negotiation with customers on payment/ storage, re-sale, or recommend legal actions if needed
• Follow up with customers on overdue accounts 
• Manage productivity standards to minimize write off with dollars collected and call attempts
• All administrative duties as assigned 
• Other ad hoc as assigned
