Counter Manager - COSMETIC / BEAUTY - S$3300

A Market Leader within the Cosmetic/FMCG retail industry.  Due to business needs, we are seeking committed professional to join the team as Counter Managers!

Budget for this role: S$3,300

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for managing beauty advisors at the Counters
• To serve and interact with customers
• To be the person in charge of all counter’s matters
• Ensure that all counter’s staffs meets/exceeds daily and monthly sales standards of the company
• Responsible for planning of all schedules for part time and full time staffs
• Responsible for planning/ordering/maintaining stocks
• In-charge of making sure that counter cleanliness and tidiness is adhere to company’s standard
• Conduct briefing to ensure on-going communications from management are passed on to the sales floor
• Work closely with Operations Manager in terms of ensuring that day-to-day operations can be carried out smoothly
• To train and mentor new beauty advisors, on the job

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of counter managing experience with any leading brands
• Passionate about beauty industry
• Strong leadership skills, experiences leading a team is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
