Job Description

Overall job objectives

You will oversee the day-to-day operations in corporate secretarial work, provide leadership and guidance to the Corporate Services team and be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Core responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • Provide advice on compliance requirements, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters
  • Responsible for filing of documents and returns with ACRA
  • Maintain proper statutory records
  • Diligently carry out KYC checks in accordance with ACRA rules
  • Other corporate secretarial works

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Working experience in Corporate Services Firms preferred
  • Related professional qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • A natural leader, able to guide, train and develop junior staff
  • Ability to start work on short notice is a definite advantage
