Administration & Client Support
1. Support virtual office operations
- Redirect mails to clients, handle calls
- Provide support to client during usage of virtual office
- Handle enquiries and support registration
2. General office administration, office maintenance
1. Handle the client monitoring & new client KYC information gathering
2. Assist secretarial team in preparation of documents
*Working Hour: - Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6 pm
*Prefer local candidate.
*Bilingual in English and Chinese.
*Minimum 2 years of working experience
*knowledge of Company Act (ACRA) will be advantage.
