You will be responsible for :
- Ensuring strong customer service levels are in line with the Client's objectives.
- Supporting the Sales Operations department in resolving escalated issues or complaints.
- New sales generation by meeting potential customers to understand needs and providing relevant telco solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new sales opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Setting weekly and monthly targets with other sales representatives.
- Delivering effective sales skills training to newer sales agents.
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in B2B sales/account management or Customer Service.
- Experience in Sales Training would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are strong in networking & relationship building.
- You are a strong team player.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
