Job Description

  • Engage and activate residents, health and community partners to identify strengths and assets in the community
  • Participate in gathering of local intelligence data through geographical mapping, data analytics, interviews and resident engagements
  • Lead, plan and implement active engagement of internal and external stakeholders, and assist in co-creating solutions to build self-managed and resilient communities
  • Identify and lead in the outreach of new community partners that will match needs of programme leads. Also act as key point of contact for community partners and liaison for community-based health activation programmes
  • Be part of a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement community-based health activation programmes not limited to operationalisation, review and evaluation
  • Manage resources and implement community-based health activation programmes, projects and events within set budgets and timelines by monitoring key performance indicators and ensure optimum utilisation of resources
  • Conceptualise, plan and implement volunteer recruitment and training framework and lead plans to ensure volunteers remain engaged in supporting various community programmes.

 

Requirements

  • Min Degree from a recognised institution, preferably in Healthcare, Business, Communications, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Sports Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare (or related) industry and/or 5 years of corporate or marketing communications’ experience or research, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Prior experience with partnerships / collaborations with community stakeholders will be advantageous
  • A strong team-player, self-motivated, hands-on with good interpersonal skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead and influence behaviours to get work done
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Resourcefulness in problem solving and resilient in overcoming challenges
  • Able to think on your feet, work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects independently
  • Strong organisational and event management skills, with a keen eye for details
