Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and bake confectionery according to in-house recipes
  • Assist in stock taking of ingredients, utensils, supplies and equipment
  • Ensure freshness of all products
  • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
  • Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in the bakery process
  • Any Ad-hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
  • Basic food hygiene certificate
  • Great attention to detail and creativity
  • Organizing and leadership skills
  • Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
