Job Description

  • To wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking, and to verify that the prepared food meets the required quality and quantity.
  • To adhere strictly to all established standard operating procedures. 
  • To follow instructions, perform and be guided by the Head Chef and Sous Chef in kitchen operations. 
  • To be in total compliance with the recipe book.
  • To complete all required mise en place. 
  • To assure proper care and maintenance of all food service equipment.
  • To maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in all kitchen areas.
  • To comply to all food safety rules and health regulations.



  • To possess a Culinary Diploma, Certificate or relevant experience in a professional kitchen. 
  • To possess a well-groomed and professional appearance. 
  • To communicate effectively and to possess a positive attitude.
  • To be diligent and able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment.
  • To be able to multi-task, working on several dishes at the same time.
