  • Prepare and cook assigned dishes according to recipes, quality and presentation standards
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food before use
  • Adhere to and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures
  • Maintain hygiene standards established in food preparation areas and cooking surfaces
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Preferably with at least 1 – 3 years of experience in traditional Cantonese/Teochew cuisine
  • Candidates are welcome to apply regardless of experience level as training will be provided
  • Knowledge and proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for introducing menu items to customers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks responsibly
  • Possess a strong sense of initiative and positive work attitude
  • Maintain professional grooming and appearance and act as a role model according to established grooming and appearance policy
