Responsibilities:
- In charge of registration of patients
- Scheduling of appointments
- Assist patients with the self registration
- Attend to patients' enquiries and needs
- Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements:
- Able to commit 2 - 3 shifts (rostered by duty manager)
- Comfortable in front-facing patients
- Must be open to wear PPE when needed.
