Contract Warehouse Assistant (1 Year/ Forklift License/ TUAS)  #NSJ

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: TUAS

Pay: $2500 - 2700

Duration: 1 Year

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Rotating shift (7.45AM – 4.30PM/ 5.15PM – 12.30AM)

Responsibilities:

• To perform receiving and issuing of stock using barcoding system
• To assist the operation activities in the scheduling of export shipments involving container stuffing, packing, issuing of products and delivery orders.
• To receive of finished products from production and for storing in the warehouse for direct export and transfer to 3PL warehouse.
• Conduct visual inspection to ensure proper markings and good physical condition of the products and materials stored.
• To check that all incoming products and materials received are approved to specifications before receipt.
• To check all outgoing products and materials are correct in identification, quantity and in good physical condition before release.
• To ensure finished goods are dispatch accordance to FIFO practice at all times.
• To monitor warehouse space utilization for goods transfer to 3PL warehouse for storage.
• To identify and segregate any non-conforming products found and report accordingly.
• To resolve shipping discrepancy
• To participate in company stock-take
• To prepare delivery note when issuing of damaged packaging and etc to disposal company
