Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Attending to the reception, telephone switchboard and providing concierge services
  • Attending to incoming and outgoing hand-delivered documentation
  • Meeting rooms administration
  • Manage courier and delivery services
  • Coordinating and handling printing services (business cards and stationery)
  • Procurement of stationery and drinks supply
  • Manage newspapers subscription and distribution
  • Provide support for facilities maintenance and premises upkeep
  • Provide support for dining room needs
  • Provide support for departments' warehouse records storage services and secure bins (disposal of documents)
  • Provide back-up support for mail franking
  • Provide back-up support for mobile telecom service
  • Provide back-up support for office card access system
  • Monthly update of telephone directory

 

Job Requirements

  • Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in front desk / concierge / client services, preferably in banks
  • Able to start work within short notices
