Contract to Perm Engineering Assistant (Biomedical Engineering Dept)

• Perform asset inventory check to identify the Medical Devices and Operation Technology (MD&OT), its location and patch status
• Implement physical locks for USB and other removable storage devices for all MD&OT
• Liaise with vendors for malware protection of MD&OT and patch management
• Raise deviation forms for MD&OT
• Update and maintain proper equipment history records
• Manage the performance of external contractors on service matters
• Supervise and co-ordinate works performed by external contractors
• Ensure BME work activities & practices conform to standards and audits requirements as stipulated in MOH Licencing and Accreditation (L&A), Joint Commission International (JCI) and International Standards Organization (ISO).
• Report/Feedback to Engineer on service issues

Requirements

• Min Diploma in engineer
• Able to work at odd hours as and when required
