Job Description


  • Call customers for overdue debts
  • Liaise with customers on payment-related issues
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries on contracts, billing and collection
  • Retrieve supporting documents and generate Statements of Account
  • Ensure customers’ accounts are reconciled and well-maintained
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customers’ issues
  • Perform general administrative duties


  • Diploma in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • At least one year’s experience in collections (or customer service)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Confident in approaching customer to chase for payments
  • Proactive, with problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking ability
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Meticulous and sensitive to details
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
