Job Description
We are looking to hire Contract/Temp Patient Service Associate (Healthcare) for various reputable healthcare organisations!
Job Description:
- Basic administrative and customer service duties
- Attend to enquiries from calls promptly and follow up when required
- Attend to customer enquiries/feedback on the healthcare services
- Registration of patients/clients
- Guiding patients/clients to do self-registration
- Update complete and accurate information into the system
Working hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5pm
- Saturdays: 8.30am to 12pm
Requirement:
- Min. N Levels and above
- Bubbly, friendly personality
- Eye for details
- 3-6 months commitment (might be extendable)
- Need to cope with OT if needed
