Contract Supply Chain Planner (MRP, Pharma, West, up to $5K)

Responsibilities:

• Master data tracking - Provide request number to requestor
• Update & maintain Master Data (MMD) Request Number Log Sheet
• Ensure form completion & approval
• Responsible for creating / updating material master date 
• Modification of Material master in SAP 
• Archival of completed forms for record retention 
• Provide tracking no. to requestor
• Update & maintain MRDM Log sheet
• Create an ECM in SAP
• Update / setup recipes in SAP
• Print & signed off updated recipes for MRDM attachments
• Responsible for obtaining 2nd reviewer aoval of updated BOM / Recipe
• File & Archival of completed form

Requirements:

• min. Diploma/ Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain
• Possess min. 4-5 years prior working experience in supply chain planning functions preferrably from the pharma / medical industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP and MRP
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to start work immediately or short notice
