Contract Supply Chain Analyst (Medical MNC, West/ Up to $4000)

Responsiblities: 

• Take care of supply chain daily operation, include procurement, logistics and warehousing coordination, demand/material planning, forecasting, inventory management and key initiatives.
• Take care of all material planning activities to make sure all sales target be achieved with excellent customer satisfaction, include ordering, forecasting, planning and etc.
• Optimize demand planning process to ensure on time delivery, reduce excess inventory and improve customer first pick rate
• Optimize inventory management process to build up long lead-time parts pipeline and improve domestic replenishment accuracy, balance supply and inventory to support sales expansion strategy
• Work with cross functions for monthly S&OP process, input availability and periodically monitor forecast accuracy, drive root cause analysis and recovery plan in associate with category, sales and customer service
• Periodically review 3PL and forwarder performance with corrective action plan
• Work with cross functions to resolve customer complaints in either quality and delivery to improve customer satisfaction
• System Data Management, updating of Purchase Price for newly created parts and whenever there is price changes during PO issuance
• Procurement and shipment management with suppliers and forwarders
• Inventory Management, including inventory adjustment, write off and transfer in system, cycle count reconciliation with warehouse etc
• Follow up supply chain projects assigned by supply chain lead
• Any other duties related to supply chain daily operation, such as keeping the procurement documentation record for audit purpose, warehouse stock take, audit involvement, etc

Requirementes: 

• Min Degree degree in supply chain, business or any relevant field  
• Min 3- 5 years of working experience preferably with supply chain/ demand/ material planning, forecasting, inventory management experience 
• Able to start immediate or on short notice 
• Able to commit min 6 months
