Job Descriptions:

  • Deliver an authentic and enjoyable brand experience to customers through active engagement of omnichannel touchpoints
  • Actively promote the store’s brands, product offerings and promotions to drive discovery interest and conversion
  • Drive education, adoption and promotion of new retail store technology experiential offerings, to customers and retailers
  • Support the promotion of social media channel accounts and on-site activations; be active on store brand’s network
  • Actively support store manager to maintain daily operational excellence and efficiency of the store; manage and troubleshoot day-day operational tasks from attending to customer queries, in-store incidents, logistics, ad-hoc duties assigned or requests
  • Support operational implementation of programming activities on-site to drive new to market omnichannel experiences, specifically in new-to-market collaborations with retail x technology
  • Support the implementation of the refreshing of new store/brand concepts periodically as required
  • Encourage the adoption of loyalty program, membership acquisition and activation
  • Proactively participate in the planning of the programming calendar and support the coordination of onboarding key content, marketing and merchandise assets from retail partners
  • Engage and introduce the showroom concept and experience to customers Provide a demonstration on how to use the omni channel  
  • Engage and assist customers in the use of omni channel POS in making purchases 
  • Actively promote and recommend instore and off-line products and categories to customers, when and if appropriate.
  • Respond to customer’s enquiries promptly and professionally and assist with their requests as best as you can
  • Drive customer engagement, education and appreciation of the company’s concepts and its experiential offerings.
  • Respond promptly to customers’ requests on refunds and exchanges and provide support throughout the process
  • Responsible for growth of sales on omni channel , social media engagement and onboarding

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday - 10am to 10pm
  • 8 hours shift per day, off day will be rostered accordingly per week
  • Off days will be rostered accordingly
  • Required to work on Weekends and PH



  • up to $2,400


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum O’Level
  • A positive attitude and cheerful disposition
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Preferably with prior retail/sale experience
  • Interest in retail innovation trends and best practices intersecting retail, technology and design
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive
  • Meticulous eye for details; ability to problem solve and multi-task
  • Candidates with WSQ Retail Qualifications are encouraged to apply
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holiday
