Job Description


  • 9 months
  • Raffles Place
  • Mon to Fri: 9am to 6.30pm
  • Up to $2800


Job Responsibilities:

  • Benefits administration including ensuring correct billings, providing monthly headcount report, monthly reconciliations, insurance renewals
  • Support the team on implementation and delivery of new benefits initiatives
  • Assist with employee enquiries through the HR hotline



  • 9 months contract (with a possible further extension of 3 months)



  • Raffles Place


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am to 6.30pm



  • $2000 to $2800


Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma/Degree with some HR/strong admin background
  • Excellent with excel and the use of formulas
  • Familiar with PowerPoint
  • Good writing and communication skills
