Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Process new equity account opening timely and accurately.
  • Perform reconciliation checks to ensure no delay in processing and notifications to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Update management statistics for management reporting on monthly basis/adhoc basis.
  • Attend to internal and external customers’ queries received from internal Business Units.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are adhere during processing.
  • Redeployment when deemed fit to be assigned by Team Lead from time to time.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.



  • 3rd May to 30th September 2021

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 6 pm



  • Up to $2,200/month


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • With relevant work experience.
