Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Supporting the Leasing team & KAM (Retail Key Account Mgt) for Workspace Amenities (WSA) properties in terms of lease management and administration
  • Preparation of various lease documentation and working with the Central Lease Admin team (CLA, BP&C) for the retail properties under Business Parks & Industrial and Commercial (such as Tenancy, Extension of Tenancy and Licence Agreements), tracking of lease status and timely maintenance of tenancy records
  • Liaise with lawyers on tenancy documents, pre-termination and/or novation of leases and compliance matters and work closely with CLA, BP&C
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with Leasing team – WSA / KAM / CLA BP&C to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents by tenants
  • Monitoring of GTO sales and submission, reconcile audited sales report and prepare GTO Billing if applicable
  • Facilitate to collate, check on month end report from KAM / WSA
  • Update and maintain tenancy schedule, Tenants’ Contact list, BP&C contact staff in charge
  • Upkeep systems filing of factsheet, marketing kit, vacancy listing and shared folders
  • Liaise with BP&C team malls on updates of marketing kits and any other leasing materials
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Business Studies, Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong in numbers
  • Sound understanding of the real estate industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word / Excel)
  • Relevant experience in REFX module of SAP, Yardi will be an advantage
