Job Description

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount.


Jobs Responsibilities

  • Meet/greet visitors to the facility, answer questions and direct them to the appropriate individuals/department and meeting rooms or Guest Gallery
  • Assess walk in and refer them to the appropriate personnel in the departments
  • Respond to inquiries from customers/vendors etc as appropriate
  • Keep track of incoming and outgoing couriers/mails
  • Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms as and when required
  • Scanning/Updating of profiles into Excel and Network
  • Assist in payroll matters
  • Office logistics (Printer/Headphones/Access Cards/Inventory etc)
  • Facilities Management
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required


Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in recep/admin would be of advantage
  • Must be able to start work within short notice or IMMEDIATELY
