Contract Recep & HR Admin - Banking & Finance ($1,800 - $2,000)
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount.
- Meet/greet visitors to the facility, answer questions and direct them to the appropriate individuals/department and meeting rooms or Guest Gallery
- Assess walk in and refer them to the appropriate personnel in the departments
- Respond to inquiries from customers/vendors etc as appropriate
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing couriers/mails
- Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms as and when required
- Scanning/Updating of profiles into Excel and Network
- Assist in payroll matters
- Office logistics (Printer/Headphones/Access Cards/Inventory etc)
- Facilities Management
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Prior experience in recep/admin would be of advantage
- Must be able to start work within short notice or IMMEDIATELY
