Contract - Perm Patient Service Associate (Public Healthcare)

Job Scope: 

• Registration, queue management, appointment rescheduling;
• Manage crowd to ensure social distancing is adhered to;
• Direct patients to respective waiting areas within the facilities;
• Observe patients for post-vaccination on allergic reaction, if any;

Requirements: 

• Min. GCE O Level or higher 
• Prior customer service experience in healthcare will be advantageous
• 6 months to 1 year contract available
