Contract Patient Service Executive, Up to $2500

Jobscope:

• Handle and manage phone call and email enquiries from patients and GPs
• Coordinate and assist patient and GPs with appointment bookings and rescheduling
• Act as service ambassador to our patients in ensuring a smooth patient journey and experience in SNEC
• Work closely with various stakeholders to address patient needs and requests proactively
• Handle any duties assigned by supervisor and HOD

Requirements:

• Min N/O level
• Min 2 years of Patient Service experience
• Able to start work immediately
